0.3mm blow and regular spangle hot dip aluminum zinc steel coil in all kinds of roof / wall decoration / various interior and exterior decorative materials, it meets any requirements of buildings.Hot aluminum zinc steel coils evolves from old hot dip method. The production procedures for GLI plates mainly include: raw plate preparing→treatment before galvanizing→hot dipping→treatment after galvanizing→inspection of finished products, etc. the main characteristics of GLI as follows:

  1. Even thickness and strong adhesion of zinc coating, without scaling, good corrosion resistance performance.
  2. Bright and clean surface, accurate dimensions, straight plate face, even and beautiful spangles.
  3. Passivating and oiling processing, without deterioration in short-term warehousing.
  4. Good material to produce anti-corrosive coating plate after finished.

GLI plates are mainly used in such fields as building, household appliances, automobile, containers, transportation and property, etc., especially the industries of steel structure building, automobile making and steel silo manufacturing, etc.
